My AWAKENING WARM-UP kriya is a short yet effective series of postures and dynamic movements that almost everyone can manage. Designed to relieve tension and increase blood flow, you'll feel an immediate energy boost regardless of the time of day you practice.
Available for download and use whenever convenient, these simple postures and dynamic movements are your introduction to yoga anywhere and everywhere. Suitable for everyone with a certain level of fitness and some previous experience.
