Guided Relaxation: An Exploration of Weightlessness

Every Kundalini Yoga session concludes with at least five minutes of relaxation. Sivasana, or corpse pose, is often considered the most challenging posture as it invites you to lie flat on your mat and let go. This posture demands complete awareness of the mind’s power over the body. Constant judgments and streams of "should-have, could-have, would-haves" attempt to draw us back to the busyness of our daily lives.

Available for download and use whenever convenient, a guided relaxation session gently eases this internal dialogue, helping the mind become calm and steady and releasing the tension held in the body. The benefits and gifts from a dedicated practice are enhanced by giving the body and mind this space to integrate and disperse the energy from the active part of the class.
